920 Digital
Recurring digital work, handled.

Your work matters. Let’s make the digital side easier.

920 Digital works with organizations across Northeast Wisconsin on content, websites, and recurring digital tasks. Choose ongoing support, a one-time project, or a combination.

Three pillars

One partner for the digital work that keeps coming back.

Each pillar addresses a different kind of problem. The common thread is simple: clear scope, a repeatable process, and a reliable next step.

01 · Marketing Systems

Keep your organization visible without making your staff become a content team.

Turn raw photos, events, updates, stories, and offers into planned content, graphics, newsletters, scheduling, and reporting. Keep your community informed through a planned, recurring schedule.

Explore Marketing Systems →
02 · Business Automation

Stop repeating the same admin work and missing the same follow-ups.

Map the real process, then automate proven mechanical steps such as intake, reminders, CRM updates, routing, dashboards, and follow-up — while keeping judgment-heavy or sensitive decisions under human control.

Explore Business Automation →
03 · Web & Software

Help visitors find information and take the next step.

Responsive websites, landing pages, forms, integrations, portals, and selected software built around what users need to do: contact, register, donate, book, submit, learn, or move into a follow-up workflow.

Built to stay organized

How we work.

We start by listening to what you do, what you want to improve, and what keeps getting pushed aside. Then we put your services, price, schedule, and responsibilities into one Client Service Agreement, so you can see exactly what you’re getting.

What working together looks like

Defined scope

You know what is included, what we need from you, the delivery cadence, and where revisions or add-ons fit.

Consistent delivery

Recurring work follows a planned workflow instead of being rebuilt from scratch every month.

Human accountability

920 Digital remains accountable for your content and reviews exceptions, feedback, and results. Routine posts follow the guidelines you agree to during onboarding.

How we work.

Follow the steps below. Open any step for the details and the information we need from you.

Step 01Your input

Tell us about your organization

Explain what your organization does, who you serve, and the work you’d like help with. We discuss your priorities and timing before recommending services.

What happens here

You can share your goals in a conversation, writing, or a voice memo. We discuss your audience, existing tools, priorities, and timing. Any recorded conversation requires your permission.

Step 02Together

Confirm the direction

Your Vision Statement captures your organization and goals. Your Demand Statement identifies the problems to address. We check both summaries with you before defining services.

Your Vision Statement describes your organization and goals. Your Demand Statement identifies the problems you want addressed. We check both with you before turning them into a service scope.

Step 03Together

Agree on services and terms

Your Client Service Agreement records the deliverables, price, dates, review arrangements, and responsibilities. Review it and ask questions before signing.

Your Client Service Agreement combines selected packages, add-ons, and one-time projects. It identifies review arrangements, payment, ownership, support, and cancellation terms. You can ask questions before signing.

Step 04Setup

Prepare the materials and access

Provide authorized brand assets, accurate facts, and the account access needed to start. We confirm payment, destinations, publishing guidelines, and any newsletter permissions before delivery.

What happens here

We collect authorized logos, photos, facts, links, and a designated contact. For publishing, we agree on routine content guidelines and review exceptions. We confirm payment, destinations, newsletter permissions, and reporting recipients as relevant.

Step 05920 Digital

Produce, test, and deliver

Work follows your agreed calendar and quality checks. Routine social posts can publish within your authorized guidelines; missing information and sensitive exceptions are held for review. Websites and workflows are tested before launch.

What happens here

Content is checked against your source information and brand guidelines. Websites and workflows are tested before launch. Routine publication may follow your authorized guidelines; missing facts, sensitive topics, and scope changes are referred back to you.

Step 06Review

Review the work

Monthly marketing clients receive a branded PDF report by email after each service period. The reporting date and time zone are agreed before work begins. One-time projects follow their agreed review and handoff.

What happens here

For monthly marketing services, your branded PDF report is delivered by email after each service period. The reporting date and time zone are agreed before work begins. It covers completed work, available results, outstanding items, and your next calendar. One-time projects use their agreed review and handoff; reporting for other recurring services is stated in the agreement.

Step 07Your choice

Continue

Privacy

Privacy, in plain language.

920 Digital uses the information you choose to provide to review requests, communicate with you, and deliver agreed services. We aim to collect only what is useful for that work.

Information you provide

If you submit a conversation request, the information you enter may include your name, email, organization, website, requested services, budget range, timeline, and the context you choose to share.

Saved form drafts

The conversation form can save a draft locally in your browser so you do not lose what you entered. Local draft data stays on that device unless you submit the form.

How information is used

  • Review and respond to conversation or service requests.
  • Prepare proposals, onboarding, and service delivery when you choose to work with 920 Digital.
  • Maintain necessary business records and protect the website from misuse.

Service providers

Website inquiries are processed by Formspree and delivered to 920 Digital by email. Formspree processes the information submitted and applies its spam checks. Hosting, email, analytics, or other service providers may also process limited information when those tools are used. If the tools used by the live site materially change, this policy will be updated to reflect them.

Client assets

Durable client assets such as domains, hosting accounts, email lists, and major platform accounts should generally remain client-owned, with delegated access provided to 920 Digital where needed.

Terms

Website terms.

This website explains 920 Digital services and pricing. A website visit or conversation request does not create a client relationship; paid work begins only after scope, pricing, and service terms are agreed.

Services and scope

  • Service availability, required account access, and delivery arrangements are confirmed before an agreement. Published packages and ranges describe typical scope; a proposal or Client Service Agreement confirms the work for a specific client.
  • Included volume, platforms, revisions, access, approvals, timing, and add-ons are defined before paid work begins.
  • Recurring services are not unlimited unless a written agreement explicitly says otherwise.

Pricing and results

Published prices may vary when scope, complexity, dependencies, access, or support requirements change. Marketing, search, fundraising, recruitment, and business outcomes depend on factors outside 920 Digital's control, so specific results are not guaranteed.

Client-provided material

Clients are responsible for providing or authorizing the materials, account access, facts, and media needed for the agreed work, including any permissions or consent required for publication.

Subscriptions and one-time services

One Client Service Agreement can include multiple packages, recurring services, add-ons, and one-time projects. It identifies each service’s scope, price, billing schedule, and delivery terms. Monthly subscriptions are paid in advance and automatically renew until canceled, with no minimum multi-month commitment. One-time services follow the payment and completion terms in your agreement and do not automatically become subscriptions.

For recurring services, cancel before the applicable renewal to stop the next charge. Service continues through the period you have paid for unless you request an earlier stop. Your agreement identifies the services affected, cancellation contact, and renewal dates. One-time project cancellation and unfinished work follow the terms in your agreement. Payments are non-refundable, subject to any rights required by applicable law.

Publishing and reporting

Routine social posts are published manually or through a tested scheduling connection within the topics, facts, accounts, and brand guidelines you authorize during onboarding. Individual post approval is not required within those limits. Missing information and requests outside those limits are held for review.

For Base Marketing, Premium, and Digital Operations, your monthly branded PDF report is emailed after each service period, on the agreed reporting date and in the agreed time zone. It covers completed work, available results, unresolved items, and the upcoming calendar while service continues. The final marketing report remains included when those services end. Other recurring services use the reporting stated in their scope. One-time projects follow their agreed review and handoff; they do not automatically include monthly reports.

Service agreements

Project-specific payment timing, cancellation terms, ownership, confidentiality, support, and other commercial details belong in the applicable proposal or signed Client Service Agreement.
